Our Story
“The Wha Da Cluck BBQ journey began more than 50 years ago, when I was just a kid. Back then, I watched my grandfather work his magic, cooking up the most amazing pit barbeque for our family and friends. Little did I know, those moments would light a fire in me that would last a lifetime.
As I got older, I started to figure out what made my grandfather’s barbecue so special. He wasn’t just a Kansas City Pit Master; he really cared about what he was doing. You could taste his dedication and passion in every single bite. That idea stuck with me, even when I was in high school and got the chance to help out with cooking the meat on the grill. The lessons I learned from my grandfather back then still guide me today.”
